우선 모양이 아주 예뻐요! 딱 각을 잡아주는 느낌? 겨울엔 코트 위에 매면 정말 예쁠거같아요. 글자가 굉장히 눈에 띄어서 더 좋네요.

    스팸글 this is a fantastic sword. the only issue with it is the handle wrap is not the same as shown in the image (same color as all other bio hazard green weapons) its well built and would make a good collection starter for any katana lover.

    스팸글 The only drawback to the sword is it's not very sharp.I did buy a knife sharpener and used it for this blade and when done I wiped the blade down cut through the rag with scary ease.So sharpening the blade is the only thing I recommend.

I am very pleased with the quality... the only "issue" is that I received the Ronin version instead of the Dragon one I ordered but I must say, I am not even slightly disappointed (as a matter of fact.. in hindsight I think it might be better as the Dragon theme has become a bit cliche'). I will not be playing "warrior" with it so the shortcomings in hacking water bottles and buses do not apply.

    스팸글 I was very impressed by the quality of this katana when I pulled it out of the box. The blade was well made and came with a certificate of authenticity that detailed the basic qualities of the sword as a whole. I wouldn't say it was razor sharp but it was sharp enough to do the basic cut tests, in which it held as expected for it's particular price. The artwork on the handle is well crafted and gives it it's own unique look which I personally like. I would say it's better than average for its price, so if you want a better sword you'll need to pay more.

    스팸글 this is a fine weapon. It came sharp as a razor from the factory, still wrapped and oiled. The saya is wooden, no rattle and the sword will not fall out under duress. The hamon is real, not wire brushed, as other reviewers have stated. I agree with the previous poster, this is no toy. The Blade is undamaged after cutting the box it came in into slithers, and then a bleach bottle filled with water clean in half in one clean stroke. In practiced hands, this katana could make an attacker, or would be attacker, wish they hadn't crossed you in the first place. Zombies would fall in droves before the might of this blade!!!

    스팸글 I have many swords in my collection, right around 30 or so, with most coming from Amazon and ranging from $25 - $300 in purchase price. That collection includes everything from Whetstone to Shinwa, with both awful and awesome swords coming from Master Cutlery and United Cutlery names, with nearly all of them being katanas, ninjatos, nodachis, or zatoichis (plus a couple of FF7-style 'buster' swords). I was looking at adding a ninjato from Ten Ryu when I came across this Boker one, and I took the plunge on it instead.

    스팸글 The katana is not as tight in the scabbard(top of the Wakizashi) as the Wakizashi is in the scabbard. This makes it easy to pull out the katana with out revealing the hidden Wakizashi.

    스팸글 Given the price, I was a bit skeptical, but was surprised that the quality was awesome. Good weight and balance. Very sharp. Some reviews have complained that it is made in China, but the Chinese have been making swords for over 2000 years. This is a Ten Ryu katana. One of the better low price swords, since a real Japanese katana would cost between $5000 and $50,000. Dual mekugi pegs add strength so there is no looseness between the nakago and ho. The hamon doesn't appear to be etched. I did however replace the saya with a leather wrapped one that I can wear over my shoulder.

    스팸글 This is an awesome weapon. Yes, weapon. This is not a toy or a show piece. This Katana came very sharp and battle ready. A few passes in my ceramic sharpener and it is razor sharp. The details, from the braided silk over sting ray skin hilt to the carbon steel blade are impressive. And I paid about half the price listed on the "Cold Steel" site. Bottom line... If you want a heavy sword that is a SWORD you can't beat this blade.

    스팸글 This sword is a beautiful sword, and such a bargain. The Tsuba (hand guard) is absolutely gorgeous, the pommel is secured tightly, and the sword is extremely well balanced. The blade in beautiful as well, you can see that it's folded steel and mine came extremely sharp. The scabbard is nicely crafted and fits the sword perfectly. On the scabbard, the sageo and the kurikata are secured beautifully.

There is but one minor complaint, but it doesn't affect the product in any way: There is a slight flaw where the cord wraps around the saya, and a small scratch going up an inch along the saya, from that point. Again, it's nothing to worry about. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and I will buy from the seller again, if I see another sword I like.

    스팸글 The sword is everything I expected it to be. It came sharp but I sharpened it to what it should be and just tapping the blade causes a good gash. I dropped a steak on it and it cut right through it like a knife through butter after I sharpened it. But just using it out of the box I was able to cut through a rolled up carpet. So all in all it is an excellent blade.

    스팸글 For the price I couldn't be happier with this sword. I debated spending a lot more money and getting a sword with much more pedigree. I'm very glad I decided to take a risk. There is no wobble at all in the sword. The blade is beautiful and for entertainment I went outside and pruned a few trees. The blade worked as well or better than a machete even though it's a thicker blade. If the blade did not bend and it is still very sharp. I was very impressed as I swung very hard.
